[AGENCY LEGAL NAME] is an independent insurance agency. Insurance products are offered through Shannon Finnegan, licensed insurance agent, National Producer Number (NPN) [NPN].
Agency entity license: [AGENCY ENTITY LICENSE #].
Licenses by state
| State | Resident or nonresident | License number |
|---|---|---|
| [STATE] | [RESIDENT / NONRESIDENT] | [LICENSE #] |
You can look up any insurance license through the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR): look up a license on nipr.com. Search by the NPN above.
Products are not available in all states. We can only discuss or offer coverage in states where we hold a license.
How we are paid
We do not charge you a fee for our time, for a conversation, or for a review of your existing coverage. When you buy a policy or annuity through us, the insurance company that issues it pays us a commission. Commission rates differ by insurer and by product, and some products pay more than others.
Because of this, we have a financial interest in what you buy. We will tell you how we are paid on a product before you apply, and you can ask us at any time. A fact-finding conversation about your situation comes before any recommendation. See how we work and how we are paid for more detail. [REVIEW BY COUNSEL]
Securities
Apollos Planning does not offer securities or investment advice. We are not registered as a broker-dealer or as an adviser with the SEC or any state securities regulator, and we do not sell stocks, bonds, mutual funds or variable products.
Annuities
Annuities are insurance contracts. Before you buy one, read the contract and the insurer’s disclosure document, which list every fee, charge and limit.
Estate coordination
We help you keep beneficiary designations and policy ownership consistent with the plan your own attorney prepares.
Insurer ratings
When we show a rating, we show the full rating, its descriptor, the rating agency, its position on the scale and the date we checked it.
| Insurer | AM Best rating | Position on scale | As of |
|---|---|---|---|
| [INSURER NAME] | [AM BEST RATING (DESCRIPTOR)] | [POSITION ON SCALE] | [AS-OF DATE] |
Ratings measure an insurer’s financial strength and ability to pay claims. They are not a measure of how any product will perform. AM Best’s Financial Strength Rating scale has 13 ratings from A++ (Superior) to D (Poor). Ratings are checked on the date shown and can change.
Reviews and client experiences
We only show reviews that are genuine, dated and attributed, and only with the reviewer’s written permission. Client experiences may not be representative of others and are not a guarantee of future results. No compensation was given for these reviews.
Educational content and tools
Articles, calculators and checklists on this site are general education. They are not a recommendation for your situation and are not a quote. Coverage, rates and terms depend on the insurer’s underwriting and the contract you sign. See our terms of use.
