I help people with three things: turning retirement money into steady income, buying the right amount of life insurance, and making sure their insurance and beneficiary designations line up with the estate plan their attorney prepared.
My approach is simple. I explain before I recommend. I put the facts in writing before I suggest anything. I tell you the tradeoffs first, because every product has them. And when something is not right for you, I say so, even if that means there is nothing to sell.
I am an independent agent. That means I am appointed with more than one insurer and can compare across them. It does not mean I am free of conflicts: I am paid by commission from insurers. You can read exactly how that works on how we work and how we’re paid.

Licenses
Insurance agents are licensed state by state. A resident license is issued by the state I live in. A non-resident license lets me help people in another state. I can only help you if I am licensed where you live.

Check for yourself
You should never have to take an agent’s word for it. The National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) lets anyone look up a license for free. Search by my NPN or my name.
Why “Apollos”
Named for Apollos, a first-century teacher known for explaining things accurately (Acts 18:24–28).
That is the standard we hold ourselves to: explain things accurately, in plain words, so you can make your own decision.
We do not recruit
Some insurance websites are half sales pitch, half hiring pitch. This is not one of them. We do not recruit agents, we do not build sales teams, and we do not ask clients to sell to their friends. We also do not buy or resell leads.
